In his classic movie, Der Himmel über Berlin (Wings of Desire), Wim Wenders has angels watching over the city.
Whether that’s the case or not, there are probably a few business angels watching over startups in Berlin, and Blueline team is proud to be one of the 20 finalists selected (among hundreds of applicants) to participate in the Startupbootcamp Digital Health Berlin final selection stage pitches.
The event serves as a gateway for participation in the Startupbootcamp Digital Health Berlin Accelerator program ― Europe’s biggest accelerator program, and we could not have been any more excited for the opportunity, or any more anxious to get our pitch perfect to a tee.
(Cut to frenetic pitch rewriting and mirror rehearsals)
Of course we’ve come a long way since Blueline started as an idea in the minds of its founders ― and a lot of work has been involved in the creation of our mobile clients, patients’ and healthcare professionals’ websites, backend infrastructure, research into legal frameworks and potential issues, and lots of bigger and smaller challenges.
We’ve already managed to get the attention and assistance of StartTech Ventures, our first investor and active incubator that helped us to get to where we are now.
Now we are ready to move Blueline to the next stage.
We believe that we don’t just have a strong idea, but also a strong MVP implementation, and Berlin’s Digital Health Startupbootcamp accelerator program can help us get to where we need to be sooner, rather than later.
Exciting times ahead.
